 EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

  1. To raise an exchange request, email info@teesahome.com or phone/WhatsApp us at +91-9769082410 or +91-7738173593 within 48 hours of receiving product.     
  2. You can ship the product to us or we will initiate a reverse pickup from your shipping address within 48 hours at a nominal charge.
  3. Re-use the original packaging, including the cloth bag, for proper care and protection.     
  4. Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, without any stains or damages, with their labels and tags intact.
  5. Items returned, once verified at our facility, will be processed for an exchange. 
  6. Items can be exchanged for another item of same or higher value.
  7. Typically, it takes 10-15 days to complete your exchange or return request

  • Products that are eligible for exchange, can be exchanged within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise.
  • Products can be exchanged for another item of same or more value
  • Exchange of Products Bought On MRP can only be exchanged for Products at MRP, not on Sale Price.
  • Items can be exchange with another item of same or more value.
  • We would require the returned items to have their original packing with original tags. The merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We would also require all original papers to be returned with the product.
  • Items bought on sale are not eligible for exchange.
  • Once a piece is exchanged, it cannot be exchanged again.
  • Once an order is packed/shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated as return if there is non acceptance.
  • There is No Exchange/Refund on products purchased on sale.

 

REFUND POLICY

  • Teesa Home does its best to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless and we take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards of product manufacturing & packaging.
  • As a policy , we do not offer returns on products which are delivered in perfect condition and as per the order placed.
  • However , if a product is wrongfully delivered (doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality defect , then we are open to extending a full refund or re-fulfilling your order.
  • Any damaged product claims to be made within 24 hours of receiving delivery. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product and box within 24 hours of receiving your order.
